That's right, we are now on officially on the "Hooch Train."
This is Sean's first batch of "hard cider" that we drank tonight after five days of fermentation.
It was a surprising and delightful success for the first attempt, and Sean is all fired up now to make his next 16 batches.
He was even talking about hosting "tastings" and "wine parties" complete with "dinner" although I believe his direct quote was "I supply the wine, you bring the dinner!" So I wouldn't come hungry (and it's really not wine, more of a fruit beer)
BUT regardless... get ready to party, people!
