Our Spontaneous Ocean Adventure!
Here we are "camping" Friday night at Ocean Shores. Apparently you can't sleep on the beach, but you can park in the Quinault Beach Casino's parking lot overnight.
At least we came out ahead!
The Pacific Ocean.
A quick snapshopt of Taholah on the Quinault Indian Reservation.
(If you've never been, picture the exact opposite of Disneyland.)
I can't believe a place like this exists just a few hours from home.
We couldn't get out of there fast enough.

Last scenic stop at Ruby Beach.
Then pizza and drinks in the Forks " Twilight Zone" (yes, you can buy Twilight firewood!) then Port Angeles, then home.
