Way to rain on the parade
Taking pictures in the dark and pouring down rain is not easy, or fun, which is probably why this was considered "work."
Pictured here is the Puyallup Tribe/Community Alliance's third annual "Lighted Parade," which featured more than a dozen festively lighted and decorated vehicles in a community-building, crime-fighting evening parade throughout the East Side and Portland Ave.
I covered it for the paper. A plastic shopping bag covered my camera.
