This is a Japanese "fancy lunch bag" "translated" into "English" from Daiso Japan (a Japanese store at Westlake Mall in Seattle.)
I only wish I knew what "they" were really trying to tell me here.
If you like this, go to Daiso for yourself and read the bevy of hilariously nonsensical translations in their very large "fancy notebook" collections...
You will be baffled and amazed.
In a good way.
