Pictured above: My vintage oven and electric range top, circa 1965 (only three of the burners work, and the oven is also not fully functional); blue ceramic fish (originally hung in my mom's hippy kitchen back in the hippy heyday); Avocado green pot filled with Mrs. Leeper's brown rice macaroni and cheese dinner mixed with vegetarian chili (i.e. a hippy version of the usually white trash favorite "chili mac"); Formica back splash; hand blown glass utensil cozy; salad tongs with a "groovy" print.
