Front porch blues
This fluffy baby bird is the child of the two bluebirds who live in our tree. You may remember them from when they eluded my blog before...bastards.
Anyways, this little chickidee actually seems to enjoy hangning on our front porch, and surprisingly doesn't seem to mind a big ass black lens in its little bird face.
UPDATE: after only a few minutes of posting this, Eddie tried to eat the bird. It was really sad and traumatic, especially with one of his parents looking on from the telephone wire in our backyard. Hopefully he can make a full recovery. If he does though, I'm sure he won't be hanging around our yard anymore... :(
